Dynamic Day Scheduling

Dynamic templating engine for orthodontics

Book every next visit without breaking your schedule.

  • Your front desk confidently books the times patients want.
  • Families safely book themselves when you're closed.
  • Your front desk spends its time on the patients in front of them and on New Patient calls, not on the unscheduled list.
  • Families book in the evening, when they have time, instead of missing your calls during their busy day.
  • Your doctor knows the day still has room for New Patient Exams, Starts and Debonds.

Book a demo

You've wrapped up an appointment. Now it's time to book the next one.

  1. The doctor sets the next visit.

At chairside, as today: what the visit is and when it's due.

  2. On the way out, the front desk books it.

The patient would like a Tuesday, around 3:15. Your front desk sees the template and watches it adapt.

    See your template

Dashed slots are what your template is holding: a Start in chair 3, a Progress in chair 1.

Pick one, and watch it adapt

The Start and the Progress move to where they still fit, and your doctor is never double-booked. Safe to book.

  3. No time to stop at the desk? No problem.

They book from home, that evening or whenever suits them. Families never see your template: they get safe times, and the booking goes straight into your schedule.

A message with a secure link

By text or email, with nothing private in it.

Ask for a time, get safe options

Requests stay inside the window the doctor set, and every option is safe for the practice's day.

    Booked into your schedule

Booked straight into your system. Not a request form that someone has to call back about.

Inside our Dynamic Templating Engine.

A request comes in, from the desk or from home. Nearby times are checked, nearest first, against everything that makes your day work, and only the times that pass every check are offered.

The request

  2. A chair that fitsA chair free for the whole visit, and set up for this appointment type.
  3. The doctorThe doctor's minutes fit around every other patient's. Never double-booked.
  4. Your day's goalsThe rest of the day can still fit the goals set up with you: how many Starts, Debonds and New Patient Exams, each within its daily limit.
